Welcome to Kayan Models. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable store policies.

Orders & Payment

All abayas are made and prepared specifically for each customer according to the selected size, measurements, design, and order details.

An order is considered confirmed only after full payment or the required deposit has been received.

Preparation and customization will begin after payment confirmation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their size, measurements, design selections, contact details, and delivery information are accurate before confirming an order.

Made-to-Order Products

Because our abayas are prepared specifically for each customer, orders may not be cancelled or refunded once preparation or customization has started, except where the issue is caused by an error on our side.

Customer Responsibility

Kayan Models is not responsible for issues resulting from:

• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Incorrect order or contact information.
• Incorrect delivery information.
• Customer-requested design specifications that were confirmed before production.
• Alterations or modifications made by another tailor or third party.

Product Details

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, fabrics, colors, and details on our website.

Minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, fabric characteristics, or the handmade nature of certain details.

Care

Customers are responsible for following the recommended care instructions provided for their abaya.

Kayan Models is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, misuse, incorrect care, or alterations made by another tailor or third party.
