Return & Refund Policy

All Kayan Models abayas are made and prepared specifically for each customer based on the selected size, measurements, design, and order details.

Cancellations

An order is confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been received. Preparation and customization will begin after payment confirmation.

Because our abayas are made to order, payments and deposits are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and preparation has started.

Refunds will not be provided for customer-related reasons, including:

• Change of mind or no longer wanting the item.
• Selecting the wrong size or providing incorrect measurements.
• Providing incorrect order details or information.
• Any other error resulting from the customer's selections or instructions.

Exchanges

If the abaya remains in its original design without any requested customization or changes, an exchange may be considered, subject to availability and approval by Kayan Models.

Alterations

We offer up to 2 complimentary alterations per order within 14 days of receiving your abaya.

If the sizing issue results from measurements or a size provided by the customer, we will assist with alterations whenever possible; however, the order remains non-refundable.

Items altered by another tailor or third party are not eligible for our complimentary alteration service.

If We Made a Mistake

Every abaya is carefully inspected before delivery.

If there is a manufacturing defect or if the size, design, or details do not match the confirmed order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your abaya.

If the error is from our side, Kayan Models will take full responsibility and complete the necessary alterations at no additional cost.

If the issue cannot be properly corrected, we will remake the abaya at no additional cost according to the originally confirmed order details.

Please provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue so our team can assist you quickly.

Product Variations

We do our best to display our fabrics, colors, and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.

As some details are handmade, slight variations in embroidery or finishing may naturally occur.
